Moist Banana cake

resepi ni from my sister...baru dua hari sudah mimpikan dia holding her daughter..gerenti best ni dia belajar kat mana tah academic masak yg fee rm2500 tu..tp i tak boh lah benda pelik2 sorbitol tu...dia tak mau share resepi ni actually bertahun2 tak nak share but i think for a good course apa salahnya..ilmu yg diajar pada orang lain pahalanya berkekalan walau pun dah mati..so hopefully dia akan bertambah pahala utk hidup kemudian hari


BANANA CAKE
BUTTER 120GM
MARGERINE 120GM
EMULSIFIER (QUICK 75) 12GM
SUGAR 255GM ( CAN REDUCE TO 200GM)
EGGS 225GM
FLOUR 300GM
BAKING POWDER 6GM
FRESH MILK 45GM
MESH BANANA 300GM
SORBITOL/GLYCERINE 30GM -OPTIONAL
BAKING SODA 5GM
SALT 6GM 
CHOPPED WALNUT
METHOD
- BEAT BUTTER AND MARGERINE SALT ,EMULSIFIER AND SUGAR TOGETHER
-ADD IN EGGS GRADUALLY
ADD MESH BANANA AND FRESH MILK N GLYCERINE
ADD FLOUR ,BAKING SODA AND BAKING POWDER.( AYAK FLOUR, B.POWDER N SODA TOGETHER)
-BAKE   190 DEGREE 30 MIN
