Coconut Cornflakes Crunchies
Bahan:
105g butter
120g castor sugar (saya guna 100g aja)
1 tsp vanila
1 egg yolk
90g self-raising flour- sifted
30g desiccated coconut
Cornflake, crushed lightly
Cara Menyediakannya:
Beat butter, sugar and vanila. Add in egg yolk, coconut and flour. Beat at low speed for 20 second. Stir in raisins.
Roll a teaspoonfuls of mixture into crushed cornflake, place on baking tray, bake for 15 min.
Apa yang saya buat cornflake tu dah ramas sikit letak dalam dulang, then letakkan adunan satu sudu, method drop macam buat choc chip cookies, drop banyak-banyak sampai penuh dulang, then baru golekkan satu-satu dgn cornflake tadi. Bulat-bulatkan sambil tabur cornflakes. Lastly tekan dgn jari jadi bulat terus letak atas loyang, kuih ni cepat masak, so guna api perlahan.

tepung dia sgt lembik so kena guna 2 sudu letak atas cornflakes yg dah crushed tu then gelek guna tangan..bawa pi sek biskut ni semua minta resepi
