Snow Almond
Ingredients A:
* 225g butter
* 100g castor sugar
* 1/2 tsp coffee essence
* 1 egg yolk
Ingredients B:
* 200g all purpose flour (sift)Ingredients A:

Ingredients B:
* 50g nestum (grind finely)
* 2 tbsp coffeemate
or any powdered cream
* 70g tapioca flour
* 40g ground almondDeco:* Cooking chocolate
* White breadcrumb
Method:
* Cream butter & sugar until fluffy
* Add in egg yolk & coffee essence
* Mix Ingredient B together. Add bit by bit into butter mixture
* Roll the dough with rolling pin.
* Cut dough with cutter of your choice
* Bake in preheated oven at 150C for about 20 minutes.
* For deco, dip cookie in melt cooking chocolate and roll on breadcrumb
